Presently Seeking: Sales Representative Position
Pilgrim Mat Services is currently growing its Atlanta sales team. We are seeking 2 Territory Sales Representatives to become an integral part of our customer-focused company. We help businesses in the Atlanta area reduce cleaning costs, improve safety and enhance the image of their building through high quality floor mat and hygiene services. Pilgrim is a locally-owned and operated company based in Tucker, GA.
- Sell Pilgrim’s services within an assigned geographic territory
- Generate and develop leads through cold calling, telephone prospecting and other online methods
- Uncover prospects’ needs through questioning/listening, research, site survey, etc.
- Persuasively present solutions and overcome objections
- Achieve weekly sales goals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in “hunter” sales environment
- Good work ethic, strong communication and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Base salary plus uncapped commissions
